health is the most important part of your life, health is the state of complete physical, mental, social challenges throughout your life


 in earlier days people used to take their tasks themselves they were so brave and energitic
 to work , they even dont like to sit useless at home,
     As someone said '  HEALTH IS WEALTH
 here are some steps to maintain your health and fitness 

1: HEALTHY Diet

To maintain the good health care we must take care of the hygiene and sanitation
and by eating healthy diet we can maintain our health!!!

Eat vegetables especially green leafy vegetables, milk, etc. which contains proteins and vitamins which are the important components required by the body for being healthy. Avoid eating junk food because it contains fats and carbohydrates which are not good for health. Eating these types of food may be able to lead to obesity

 2: PHYSICAL FITNESS


Physical fitness is related to physical work i.e. the works done with the help of our body. These works include sports, occupations, and other daily activities. Physical fitness can be achieved by maintaining a proper diet, giving better nutrition, and by physical exercise and sufficient rest. Before the Industrial Revolution, fitness was defined as the body’s capacity to carry out day to day’s activities without any problems. But because of automation, physical fitness is in a critical situation. Due to changes in lifestyle physical fitness is now considered as a measure of the body’s ability to carry out functions smoothly and effectively in work and leisure, to meet with the emergency situations smoothly.
